They don’t take cash in NZD for the deposit, you have to use a card. If you buy their full insurance on-site, the deposit drops to just 200 NZD, otherwise it’s as high as 3,500 NZD.

Local Thai rental company with English-speaking staff at the counter. They clearly explained the basic things to watch out for when picking up the car, then another staff member walked us over to the pick-up point in the parking lot, which was really close. I use this company every time I come to Thailand and I’m always very happy with them.

The car was great—basically brand new with just over 1,000 km on it, so I was really happy with that. The only downside was the store location: it’s hidden inside a parking garage and really hard to find, with no signs or directions at all.

This was my first time renting from Arena, and I drove around Jordan for 8 days. The company left a really good impression on me. The car I booked was exactly the same as the one I picked up, and it was quite new with only about 20,000 km on it. Both pick-up and drop-off were quick and straightforward, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful—especially the same guy shown in the photos, he was super warm and welcoming! Even though their counter isn’t inside the airport, the shuttle service to and from the terminal after pick-up and drop-off was very convenient. I’ll definitely choose this company again next time I visit Jordan. I picked up and returned the car at their Amman Airport branch.

Pick-up was super quick and efficient. We actually got a newer, upgraded car than the one we booked online. The car was in excellent condition, very fuel-efficient, and really easy to drive with strong power and stable handling. The staff were friendly with no hard selling at all. Both pick-up and return were hassle-free – just hand over the keys and you’re done. The parking area is spacious, very close to the station, and easy to find with Google Maps.
