The car was almost brand new and in great condition. Picking it up and dropping it off was super easy and fast!

They gave me a brand‑new car with only 29 km on it, literally just picked up from the dealer, so it was spotless inside and out. After I returned the car, they even drove me to the airport, which was really thoughtful. If I come back again, I’ll definitely rent from this company.

Super happy with the whole experience – staff were really friendly, and they refunded my deposit immediately after checking the car.

They don’t take cash in NZD for the deposit, you have to use a card. If you buy their full insurance on-site, the deposit drops to just 200 NZD, otherwise it’s as high as 3,500 NZD.

Great value for money, really close to the airport, and they even offer shuttle service to and from the terminal.

If you let them know in advance that you’ll be returning the car late, they usually don’t charge any extra. Just make sure nothing happens outside your insurance coverage period, otherwise you’ll need to extend it and pay for an extra day.

The rental counter is right inside the airport, super easy to find. There were quite a lot of people so I had to wait a bit, but the paperwork was done really fast and the car pickup area was also very easy to locate.

Overall pretty good, no real complaints.
