The procedures were simple, the car was in decent condition, and the gas tank was full. However, one of the tires seemed slightly underinflated. The staff was polite, but there was only one person available, so I had to pick up the car myself.

They tried to upsell me to a higher-end car, switching to a Q3. Once I got the car, I found out it was diesel, and the engine warning light was on. I drove it out and had to return to ask them about it. They said it's fine, but I'm not sure if it will cause problems later. The engine was quite noisy because it was a diesel car.
