Das Auto war genau das gebuchte Model was super war. Das Übernahmeprotokoll habe ich nie gesehen und trotzdem wurde meine Unterschrift darauf verwendet. Der Kundenservice von Europcar war dafür sehr freundlich.
Very good, no hidden charges, and in other countries there is usually a young driver's fee for those under 25, but here it's not applicable for those over 21.
The overall service was good, and the vehicle inspection was thorough. Before departure, they reminded me about the type of fuel to use and suggested I double-check the vehicle and take photos as a record.
The service was excellent. I arrived one and a half hours earlier than the scheduled time, and it was very smooth to pick up the car. The car provided was an upgrade from the one I booked, which was genuinely great. Four days of driving without any issues, very hassle-free. The return process was also very smooth, and they dropped us off at the airport, so there was nothing to worry about.
