The staff at the location were very friendly. Even though my English is not good, communication through translation software went smoothly. The car pickup process took about 5–6 minutes, and the car return inspection was also quick. There was no upselling of any insurance or additional charges. The car rental company is excellent and highly recommended.
Excellent! The car was in great condition, almost like new, with only 2700km. I've used QEEQ multiple times and this was the best car condition so far. Last year in Budapest, the car had over 5000km, also rented through QEEQ.
We received a Renault station wagon, but its trunk space is smaller than that of a Corolla station wagon, which resulted in two of our suitcases having to be placed on the rear middle seat.
The staff picking up passengers at the airport only took the driver due to the high number of guests. The companions had to wait for a long time without a ride and eventually had to rent a car themselves to pick up the driver at the airport. This situation has never happened before.
Overall, I am satisfied, but they required purchasing their insurance and did not recognize domestic ones. They clearly stated that this was mandatory, so those who mind should be aware of this.
