Horrible. It was agreed at QEEQ a deposit of 1017€ and they charged 1500€. More they even didn’t care about the info that I have sent regarding the info and threatened me that If I didn’t pay they will not handle the car keys. Then charged me 75€ of arriving late knowing that it was my plane delayed. The worst of all was that they said that they need to charge the delayed fee because the office was closed but when delivering the car , it was on opening hours and the office was also closed and none to take care of the returning of the deposit. They kidnapped the deposit amount for 5 working days because they said that they need to see if there is speeding tickets or whatever. Very poor service.

The rented car was different from the one provided, and its condition was poor. Low prices came with no after-sales service, and in case of accidents, they only delay and shirk responsibility.

This booking did not support self-service car pickup. The staff was supposed to deliver the car at the station at 7:30 as scheduled, but no one showed up. The phone number provided by the rental office was invalid and unreachable. After contacting the office, they first said they would be late due to personal matters, and later suggested using a self-service kiosk to pick up the car. Ultimately, the car pickup was delayed by 90 minutes, nearly disrupting our subsequent plans. During the self-service pickup, the passport was accidentally left at the kiosk. However, when we contacted the office staff for help to check the kiosk for the passport, they refused to assist, forcing us to make a 500-kilometer round trip back to the station to check ourselves.

We booked also a baby seat for a 6month old baby; however the seat was dirty, worn and barely suitable for a 6month old kid, it was more for a todler seat. Europecar staff at Oulu airport are absolutely fabulous, and helpful!

Upgraded to an SUV, the car was in good condition, smooth pickup process, and self-service return.

Overall it's okay. The only downside is that the vehicle provided did not match the model reserved, and no equivalent vehicle was offered.

The journey was smooth, the service was efficient, and the car model was very new and nice.
