O carro atendeu a expectativa, porém me foi entregue com o tanque vazio. O tempo de espera foi pequeno para a retirada do veículo, porém no momento da devolução a pessoa responsável por fazer a recepção do veículo não estava presente no local. Tivemos que deixar o carro com um funcionário que me disse que não poderia fazer nada além de receber o carro. Não recebemos nenhum documento de avaliação de veículo na entrega ou na devolução. Estou aguardando para ver se surgirão problemas com esta aluguel.

Tudo correu bem com a plataforma de reserva e o preço final da reserva ficou muito bom, pensando no tempo e no modelo de carro que pegamos.

My credit card information was leaked, and three hours later it was fraudulently charged again. I haven't used this card in months, and the only time I used it was during this trip to South America. I strongly suspect someone from your company misused my credit card information, leading to unauthorized charges by a third party!

Great experience. The staff couldn’t speak English, and I couldn’t speak Spanish, but communication was smooth using a translator. They provided a brand-new car with just 30km on the odometer. Amazing!

It's very convenient. Right after picking up the luggage, I saw the counter, and the car was just outside the airport, very close.

Low efficiency; had to wait in line for 1 hour to pick up the car, with the customer ahead taking 30 minutes to complete their process. Very slow service.
