The service was enthusiastic and proactive, but the provided car was in poor condition. It took an hour and a half to pick up the car, and there were more damages on the vehicle than recorded by the company. The right rearview mirror's turn signal was broken and exposed, forcing me to switch to another car. The replacement car also had several unrecorded damages. The pickup experience was very unpleasant.
The staff at the airport rental location were extremely rude and kept adding extra charges. They claimed we were late picking up the car, but refused our request to review surveillance footage of the queue time. They even threatened that we wouldn't get the car unless we paid the additional fees. They ignored us completely, took all the documents, and gave an ultimatum: 'Pay these extra charges now to get the car, or leave right now.' They also refused to communicate with the customer service team via phone. On top of that, they gave us a car with a tire pressure as low as 1.3.
There were quite a few communication issues during pickup. The staff had a poor attitude, and after completing the paperwork, they simply tossed the car key without performing any vehicle inspection.
Extremely poor service. They didn't provide the same group vehicle as promised. The car was in terrible condition; as soon as I drove onto the highway, the car had insufficient power, the engine warning light turned on, and it stalled while going uphill. There was no roadside assistance after business hours, and I was left in the dark to find a place to wait on my own.
Long wait times, semi-self-service car pickup took a lot of time. The car had many exterior scratches, and I had to report them in advance. Waited in line for nearly an hour. The car was covered in scratches, and I had to send an email to the member center to report them. The pickup process was very poor.
Check-in was the worst we’ve experienced and we’ve rented many cars in Valencia with all the companies. The 2 agents working that day were so busy chatting and giggling with each other and the other workers that we were stuck in a LONG line of people waiting to check in or check out. It took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to get the car and there was no reason for the delay. Every customer in line was clearly as annoyed as we were. That said, our return went smoothly and quickly with a different employee so no complaints on our return. We will not use this RecordGo location again, however.

They also offer motorcycle rentals. Overall experience was pretty good, and contrary to what others say, purchasing additional insurance was not mandatory. I only placed a deposit of 1200 euros without buying extra insurance, just the basic coverage from the car rental company. QEEQ is quite reliable. They rarely check translation documents or notarized certificates.
