The staff had a rather indifferent attitude and the efficiency was quite low. Additionally, the pre-authorization deposit was very high (2000 euros). The overall condition of the car was poor, with many scratches and dents, but it did not affect its usability.
Exceeded expectations with professional and friendly service, and a very clean and well-prepared vehicle. Make sure to provide your flight number, as the store will arrange to pick you up.
I received a different model from the one I booked, and the staff were unkind and paid 68 euros without any prior explanation. I thought I didn't have to pay for another insurance because I had axa comprehensive insurance beforehand, but I found out later when I saw the receipt why I paid for it. Can qeeq solve this or clearly let me know why?
Staff were nice, but the condition of the car was truly terrible. I couldn't believe that they gave me a car in such poor condition - so many dents, scratches, and the interior was stained all over. It's a fine service if you're getting a good deal, but I wouldn't pay average prices for their services.

Apart from the store being a bit remote, the service was excellent. I opted for full insurance, and there was no car inspection during pickup and return. Extremely smooth experience!
The car met our expectations. The staff is friendly but still try to upsell their insurance. They blocked my cc for €2000 since I didn’t take their insurance but I had no problem when returning the car.
