When I started the car, the tire pressure warning came on, so they replaced it with a Yaris, which wasted time. Although the Yaris was very new, it felt extremely light and unstable, which was quite disappointing, even though they claimed it was in the same category as the Jeep. Second, the fuel policy. Unlike other car rental companies, they insisted on checking the fuel receipt when returning the car. I refueled about 40 kilometers away, and while the fuel gauge showed 8 bars, they still claimed it wasn’t a full tank and charged me a refueling penalty of about 25 euros. Today, I even received an email saying there was a 4.95L fuel shortage. Other companies just check the fuel gauge when returning the car, but this was the first time I’ve experienced needing a receipt and verifying the gas station location. Moreover, when I picked up the car, the gauge also showed 8 bars, so how am I supposed to know if it was truly a full tank to begin with? In summary, I will not rent from this company again.

The reserved car model was not available at the store, and the staff forced an upgrade with extra charges. Thankfully, after contacting the Zuzuche customer service, Zuzuche covered the upgrade costs. Later, I found out this is a common practice in Spain during peak seasons, where they attract customers with low prices and then force upgrades.
Overall it's fine, the car is in decent condition. However, purchasing insurance at the counter is very expensive. Consider carefully whether to buy online or at the counter.
The rental company kept pushing insurance upon arrival. If I hadn't repeatedly emphasized that I already purchased full coverage and didn't need it, they would have directly charged me for the insurance fee. The payment for a full tank of fuel seems to be mandatory and not just a pre-authorization. It takes about a week to get the refund, which could lead to exchange rate losses.
Budget is pretty good. They asked once about insurance, and we said we don't need it, so there was no upselling. The car had some scratches and dents, which were pointed out during pickup. During return, the staff inspected the car condition and checked the fuel receipt. Everything was fine.

El día que llegamos a recoger el vehiculo (Ford Fiesta o similar) nos dicen que ellos no tienen Forg Fiesta y lo que tenemos reservado es un Fiat 500!! Los mismo empleados nos dicen que es un coche de categoría inferior. Despues (siempre segun Qeeq) al parecer son de la misma categoría. Viajen ustedes 4 adultos en uno y en el otro y cuentenme si la esperiencia es "similar". Al entregar el vehiculo nadie vino para ver en que condiciones se entrega. Se deja en una plaza donde cualquiera podría rayarlo o causarles desperfectos sin que haya constancia de que fue entregado en buenas condiciones o por lo menos las mismas en las que fue recogido!! Hay que de nuevo fotografiar el vehiculo por todas partes y con dia y hora en la foto por si acaso!!!

Qeeq acepta esa "similitud" de Ford Fiesta a Fiat 500 (que los dueños de esta empresa viajen cuatro adultos en uno y en el otro... y después nos cuenten su experiencia!!), y además, par mas INRI me enseñan capturas de pantalla donde el Fiat es mas caro que el Ford (será que ellos mismos no saben que un vehículo varía su precio de un día al siguiente según demanda??)
The original reservation was canceled by the Alamo city branch because I arrived at the pickup location over an hour late, and they charged me the full rental fee. The Zuzuche platform also failed to inform me in advance that exceeding one hour would result in being unable to pick up the car and having to pay the full amount. It turns out Alamo has such unfair and shameless terms, which were only mentioned inconspicuously in the contract. Moreover, the Alamo staff were extremely arrogant and seemed to take pleasure in the situation, likely making considerable profit from such practices. In the end, there was no way to claim compensation, and I had to make a new booking on-site. Caution everyone to avoid Alamo!!!

Such unreasonable and shameless terms were only subtly mentioned in the contract. Additionally, the Alamo staff were very arrogant and showed schadenfreude, seemingly profiting well from such practices. Ultimately, there was no way to claim compensation, and I had to place a new order on-site. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Alamo!
