The counter is really small with just one staff member, so things move a bit slowly. We didn’t make it in time to pick up the car on the day we booked, so we went the next day and our original car type was no longer available—they gave us an SUV instead. We waited a little while to get the car, but it was very new and super clean. Returning it was easy too, we just had to drop it off in the hotel parking lot.

I was charged a fine saying i did not return the car with full tank even thou the car was returned with full tank fuel. So make sure to keep your reciepts and take videos before returning the car.

We got off the cruise and hopped on a free shuttle straight to the store to pick up the car. The paperwork was super easy, the car looked great and drove really well. Couldn’t be happier.
