Initially, the car rental company provided a Ford Bronco Sports, which was noticeably smaller and not in the same category as the reserved model. The booking was for a Ford Edge EDGE mid-size SUV. After strong insistence, they replaced it with a Toyota 4Runner. Additionally, the AVIS queue took way too long, and the car pickup process stretched over two hours, severely disrupting our travel plans.
Very satisfied, the front desk staff were patient, explained the rental terms in detail, and provided us with an almost brand-new 7-seater Traverse, making our family road trip perfect.
The service attitude was good, but the efficiency was quite low. There were several Toyota Siennas parked in the lot that we had reserved, yet they gave us a Honda minivan instead. When we went back to ask, they said there were none left.
