Smooth service.

Picking up the car was smooth, but returning it was not. As we were approaching the airport, the car lost power. We called the store, but half an hour passed and no one came to assist us. We confirmed multiple times during the call, and they kept saying they were almost there, just a minute away, but no one showed up even after 30 minutes. We had a flight to catch, so we had no choice but to leave the car by the roadside and head to the airport. The car had issues, but we received no support.

This rental company has made two charges, but there's still no explanation of what these charges are or any corresponding receipts provided.
