When picking up the car, they carefully explained the precautions for using the vehicle, helped me connect my phone to the car, and reminded me about the local driving rules. Since the return location closed early, they confirmed the exact return time and procedure to avoid additional charges.

Hobart has many mountain roads with frequent changes in speed limits. Luckily, the BMW 1 Series was new and had excellent driving feel as well as a heads-up display for speed, which was very helpful.
Very satisfied, the staff were very patient, much better than my experience with Hertz. I've decided to stick with YesRentalCar for future rentals. Compared to Hertz, which charged me random fees (even though I returned the car with a full tank, they charged me a fee for not refueling fully), YesRentalCar treats customers with respect.
