Pickup was very convenient and communication was smooth. The store is right across from the terminal after exiting the airport, and the car was parked next to the storefront.

Excellent. The car was very clean and new. The paperwork was processed very quickly, and this car model is very easy to drive.

The service was alright, but it's a bit alarming when they say towing fees are not included while promoting insurance. After all, I've never needed towing before, and other companies and branches never brought it up.

The experience was okay. The speed limit was 60 km/h, but I drove at 63 km/h and was fined over 1000 yuan for speeding.

Even though we got given a slightly different car than requested, the car we got was perfect. Brand new with all the extras. A real good quality car meaning our road trips was very comfortable.
