想像以上に状態の良い車を借りる事が出来ました。 カウンタースタッフは親切でフレンドリーです。 でもその親切のせいかお客様との雑談が挟まり、我々の前に並んでいたのは1組だけなのに30分以上待たされました。 旅行者は時間に追われている事をほんの少し理解して頂けるともっと素晴らしいかと思います。

The overall service was great. Even though we returned the car near their closing time, they were still willing to take us to the airport.

Very poor service and terrible customer experience. Firstly, they claimed to pick us up in 15 minutes, but we waited for half an hour without seeing any car. Later, they either didn’t answer the phone or replied perfunctorily. Eventually, we had to contact them through the platform. Their explanation was that pick-up points are different for domestic and international arrivals—they were waiting at a different location (but they never bothered to notify us). After an hour and a half, we finally got to the pick-up spot, and the staff had a sour attitude, merely saying that it wasn’t their problem, without even offering a single apology. Honestly, this was the most arrogant and unprofessional car rental company I've ever encountered, whether domestically or internationally!

Overall satisfied, but not happy that the fuel level was only about 90% when I picked up the car.
