I returned the car early, they should refund some money.

I booked a hybrid Toyota car, but they gave me a Hyundai gas car instead. The selection of rental locations is also quite limited.

When we arrived at the airport counter, we queued for almost an hour. The Indian staff there said the car we reserved needed to be transferred, and we were told to handle the process at the parking lot counter. Why did we waste an hour standing at the airport counter?! At the parking lot counter, the service was terrible. One staff member was chatting with another customer, and the overweight woman helping us was coughing continuously without wearing a mask or covering her mouth. Her attitude was also rude. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing.

Very friendly, proactively upgraded our car model. After we encountered an issue with the tires, they promptly replaced the car.

The service was provided by Europcar, not Shouqi Car Rental. Overall, the process was smooth. Don't rely on Google Maps for navigation; follow the airport signs instead, it's easier to find.

The staff at the branch were very friendly and helpful.

After leaving the airport, you need to contact the branch to arrange a shuttle bus for pickup. The branch is located about 1.5 kilometers from the airport. Alternatively, you can wait at the airport pickup point as the shuttle buses operate continuously. Overall, the service was excellent, and they upgraded me to a larger vehicle.
