La chica que nos atendio para recoger y entregar el coche fue la misma y la verdad fue extremadamente amable, incluso apoyandonos a llegar a la estación camionera. Mi unica observación sería con el número en donde se reportan los siniestros (se nos poncho una llanta), ya que creo que tienen alguna falla con su conmutador ya que a la persona que me atendio le entro mi llamada mientras estaba el ya en una llamada.

Tarde un poco porque había problemas con el internet para llenar la aplicación

Not the car I wanted. I wanted a Nissan Kicks and they deliver a Chrevolet Captiva. It is a bigger car but I did not wanted a bigger car, it consumes almost double the gas of a Nissan Kicks and we needed to uses for very long trips. Also insurance cost higher... The personnel a the counter did not tell me that it was another car so I assumed it was the requested vehicle. Only after we got to the delivery location, I saw it was a Chevrolet Captiva but we where in a hurry so I took the car.

Did not used nor knew about Price Drop Protector... I will try the app next time. reservation was ok.

Pagué el coche económico y me dieron una reserva por haber reservado aquí. Excelentes y super atentos.

Auto ya un poco viejo , las condiciones era que estaba sucio por dentro y por fuera , es decir no lo entregaron limpio creo que solo lo limpiaron como pudieron

Beware of the Hertz car rental at Cancun Airport—it’s a scam! I booked a seven-seater SUV (Suburban) three months in advance through the Zuzuche app, but when I picked up the car today, I was shocked. The promised vehicle turned into a downgraded economy five-seater MG, full of scratches and in poor condition. This is such a deceitful act by a supposedly reputable international company, dodging their obligation to provide a vehicle of the same class by canceling the original reservation just hours before pick-up!

Auto normal, costo arriba de lo esperado, me entregaron el auto con 3/4 de gasolina pero al retorno muy amables me hicieron ajuste, la atención de la Srita Karina Muñoz de primer nivel mi reconocimiento para ella.

Crooks. Try and overcharge you at the start with fake fees then took 400 USD of my account and refuse to engage or return. Do NOT hire a car in Mexico.

The staff at the rental office was excellent, noting all the issues with the vehicle. When I rented the car, the fuel tank wasn't full. I wonder if I will get a refund for the fuel I left when I return the car with a full tank?

despues de dos semanas que ya regrese el carro, aun no me han devuelto el deposito de garantia de mi tarjeta de credito.

a la hora de contratar los seguros mas basicos aun asi me cobraron el doble de lo que decia la pagina
