Did not get the car; reason given was no available cars. No prior notification. Poor service.

No relevant model was available at the store; they charged me the price difference for an upgraded model.

I initially went to the store at Terminal 2 and was told that they didn't have the Jeep, so they gave me a Nissan SUV instead. Later, they tried to sell me insurance, and when I refused, they seemed unprofitable (an unexpected twist: they asked for a deposit of 12,000 local currency). Eventually, they sent me to Terminal 1. Reluctantly, I made my way to Terminal 1 with my luggage. Everything went smoothly there, and the deposit was reduced to 8,000.
