I bought full insurance on Zuzuche. When I picked up the car at the store, the staff said that since I had full insurance, there was nothing to worry about. Then they quietly added a bunch of extra insurance charges to the bill. This practice is really frustrating! Additionally, I want to verify if the fees are truly this high: 16% for airport fee, 19% for tax, 6% for license fee, and 4.5% for transport fee, totaling 45.5% in fees?

The worst experience with Hertz I have ever had. They tried to sell third party liability insurance even though the contract clearly said it was included.
