Pretty good, the car is relatively new.

While it's stated that the car can be picked up and returned 24 hours a day, the office didn't open until 8 AM even though I was there from 6 AM. The provided contact number was unresponsive during this period. Additionally, they only had a very basic 7-seater available, which is far below the class of a Tiguan, leading to a poor experience.

Overall good, but the car I received was quite different from the pictures. The staff made many excuses.

Overall, it was quite satisfactory. However, they asked us to purchase additional insurance since we only opted for the basic coverage from the rental company, which didn’t feel great.

The staff was very patient.

You need to take a bus to pick up the car, which takes about 15 minutes.
