Aside from the lengthy pickup time and the expensive e-toll device fee, the car was good and returning it was convenient.

The e-toll device fee of $3.95 per day, calculated by calendar days, is expensive! The pickup time was quite long, but everything else was fine, and the car was fairly easy to drive.

Picking up the car was convenient. They happily agreed to delay the pickup time after contacting them, and also extended the return time accordingly. Returning the car was fast and easy, with no pushy insurance sales tactics. The rental and billing explanations were clear. I rented a mid-sized car and got a free upgrade to a compact SUV, fortunately, as it had enough space for our luggage.
