Yes I arrived 3 hours earlier they would not give me the car till after 12 pm. QUEEQ was really trying to help he was very caring.

Pickup and return were both easy. They upgraded me to a city SUV, which was even better. The vehicle was in great condition and almost new. Having this car made my travel plans in the U.S. more convenient and helped me reach my destinations quickly.

Everything else was fine, but the staff insisted I purchase theft insurance, even though I showed them a full coverage policy. They claimed it didn’t include theft and made me pay nearly $100 extra, saying it was required by local law.

When picking up the car, they forced me to choose the Gas Service. I said I wanted to return the car full, but when I asked what it was, they said I could return it full as long as I refilled the tank at a gas station within 3 miles of the airport before returning the car, and there would be no charge. I told them I didn’t want prepaid gas, but they claimed it wasn’t prepaid and assured me if I returned the car with a full tank, I wouldn’t be charged. I fell for their trick! Before returning the car, I even refueled at the nearest gas station within 1 mile of the airport, but the following day I discovered that my pre-authorization was charged over $60! What kind of ridiculous practice is this? Does anyone check this?

The staff worked at overtime and my booked a car has gone. She gave me another car but that is double the original price. I can’t hardly afford it and can argue for getting a better day over and she threatened me to stay as I since she is busy and need to go and complete as much as she can. I had a very bad moment at that time while I’m paying double at least to get the same service.

I have rented several times from Dollar and Thrifty (same company) at Atlanta Airport. So far all my experiences have been easy. Yes sometimes you need to wait due to long queues but I have always received solid vehicles and experienced friendly staff at the Atlanta Airport.

I have never found better rates than this site. In addition quality insurance is offered. In addition the rental staff as always found my voucher and I have always received full credit for the prepay. It is quick and easy to grab a rental.
