Satisfied overall. Although the front desk is quite average, the location is very easy to find.

Overall pretty good, but they still tried to upsell insurance. Rented for 3 days to visit Yellowstone and decided to pay $10 per day for full coverage due to potential uncertainties. Got a free vehicle upgrade. Tip: When renting a car in Salt Lake City, just choose the cheapest option because the rental location usually doesn't have that specific model. They will upgrade you when you pick up the car, so don't waste money on a higher tier. The car was easy to drive and fuel-efficient.

The Toyota RAV4 was the perfect vehicle for us as a couple travelling around Salt Lake City and Moab for 10 days. The mid-size SUV was able to meet our needs with sufficient room and lots of space for luggage. Ember the Customer Services Agent who served us was excellent and was efficient with our pick-up. Ember did not try to sell us any unnecessary cover as we had booked everything in advance. The only minor issue was Ember wanted details of my return flight for the drop-off, which took me a bit of time to find. The drop-off was very easy and seamless with a printed receipt provided on request. I did not purchase a tank of fuel so I filled up the tank before dropping of the vehicle. There are lots of gas stations in the local area.

The booking platform was excellent and provided a vast choice of vehicles at a great value. I would suggest making it easier to redeem loyalty rewards. I will be booking another rental car in October 2025 for another trip.

Although Al's company is a bit more expensive, it's truly reliable.

It's okay. Arrived half an hour early for normal pickup. No reserved sedan available on site, got swapped for an MPV. Not sure if it's considered an upgrade. Asked for an SUV but they wouldn't swap it for free. The car has 80,000 miles on it, overall the vehicle condition is decent.

The service attitude was mediocre. Our flight arrived earlier than expected, and we asked if we could pick up the car sooner, but they said no. The car had already run over 60,000 kilometers and was in poor condition.

QEEQ's service is excellent, but the car rental company is quite unreliable. When I arrived at the pickup location, they told me they would replace the SUV I reserved with a sedan. I refused, explaining that I needed an SUV for my trip to Yellowstone National Park. I had previously canceled a lower-priced sedan reservation and specifically rebooked an SUV. After much back-and-forth, the staff, who were not very knowledgeable, took an hour to process the paperwork. As I went to collect the car, I saw the vehicle I'd reserved being driven away by someone else. Back at the service desk, they offered me a Jeep instead, which I declined, insisting on the Japanese SUV I had booked. After another 20 minutes, they finally gave me the correct car, which delayed my schedule by an hour and a half. QEEQ's customer service was very professional; I gave a positive review because their support team was always available and helped me apply for an extended return time. However, I encountered issues with refueling too—there were no labels indicating the type of fuel required, and neither the key nor the rental agreement mentioned it. In the end, I had to contact QEEQ customer service online, which was prompt and helpful.

Terrible experience. They demanded to check my daily itinerary and insisted that the return flight must be on the same day as car drop-off. What's their problem? My plans are none of their business. After returning the car, I can go wherever I want and do whatever I please. The staff lady had a sour face like I owed her money. Awful service and absurd company policies!

When picking up the car in the parking lot, I found it was not the model I had booked (a lower-tier model). I had to return to the pickup store to modify the order and finally got the reserved model.
