Avoid choosing this car rental company at all costs! Upon arrival, they forced me to buy local insurance. They charged my credit card without authorization and refused to refund. The car they provided also had issues, breaking down multiple times on the road. This pink car rental company is an unscrupulous business that makes money solely from selling insurance.

Rented cars multiple times in Europe, and this was the most disappointing experience. Avoid renting from this company at all costs! We rented two cars without glass insurance, and during the return process, there was a tiny scratch on the windshield, smaller than a grain of rice. You could hardly notice it, but the inspector spotted it immediately, which felt very suspicious as if they were intentionally looking for it. They ended up charging us 180 Euros. Absolutely do not rent from them—such a scam!

The staff aggressively pushed for additional models and insurance during pickup, and unfairly charged 380 euros during return.

He suggested insurance, but stopped after being informed that I had full coverage. The pickup lot is located at a nearby parking garage at the station. The APP lists the return address as the counter where I picked up the car, causing me to circle around three times without finding it, very frustrating; 2. Their customer service has worsened compared to pre-pandemic times, leaving me speechless. Your prices are similar to those on foreign websites; I chose you for convenience. Asking you to coordinate an earlier return time with the car rental company was less effective than if I had called them directly. A negative review for QEEQ.
