Terrible experience. They inspected the car with a magnifying glass, charged 100 euros for a small scratch, 300 euros for a dent, and 50 euros for being slightly low on fuel. In the end, they charged 550 euros. The worst part is that the damage was not caused by the renter, and it was hard to see anything when picking up the car in the dark.

When I picked up the car, the fuel tank was not full, even though the agreement stated to return it with the same fuel level. An unbearable car rental experience, never encountered such aggressive insurance sales before. Despite repeatedly expressing that we didn't need it, they continued with a deadpan expression. When returning the car, they examined it with a magnifying glass (we didn't buy their insurance). If you rent a car from this company, be sure to take photos when picking up the car. Also, the staff rudely threw the keys on the table towards me and just pointed in the direction of the car without any courtesy. To make matters worse, as soon as we started the car, the tire pressure warning and reverse radar malfunction lights were on (strongly suspecting they were deliberately disabled because we didn't buy insurance). We've rented cars in over a dozen countries, and this is the first time we seriously leave a negative review! This car rental company feels unprofessional, with poor service attitude at every stage, and very petty. It was past 10 PM on the day of rental, so we had no choice but to reluctantly take the car!

This was the worst car rental experience ever. I paid in full, but because I arrived an hour and 40 minutes late, I couldn't pick up the car (although there was indeed a delay note in the order that I didn't read carefully at the time, but considering it was an international flight, immigration, and our luggage was damaged, being slightly late is quite normal. I've rented cars abroad many times; are New Zealand and Australia less developed than Italy? Is it only Italians who are punctual? I've never had this situation before. The most important thing is that the rental company initially said I was late by two hours and my order was canceled; when I argued that it wasn't two hours and I had been waiting in line for over ten minutes, they quickly changed their story to say it was between one to two hours). Even after coordination from the platform, I could only pick up the car the next morning, meaning I lost a day's use of the car, and the cost of taking six people back and forth to the airport had to be covered by myself.

Although the rental company claimed it was an upgrade, the Range Rover Evoque costs around 200,000 RMB, while the BMW 5 Series Touring is over 500,000 RMB in China. The main issue was the trunk size—it was much smaller, leaving space for only one suitcase after removing another (the suitcase was valued at 2,600 RMB). Returned the car ten days early.

We refused multiple times, yet they kept explaining persistently. We rented two cars, and for the first car, we ended up buying the full coverage insurance they recommended for €184, after which they finally continued the process. The more I thought about it, the more it felt wrong, because we had already purchased full coverage. So, I contacted Zuzuche's customer service, which was great—available 24/7—and they informed me that we could refuse their insurance. For the second car, we firmly rejected their insurance, and the deposit changed from €100 to €800, and the process was completed.

The car tire burst at 7 a.m. on the highway, but the so-called 24/7 roadside assistance didn’t respond at all. The front desk staff had a good attitude, and the online check-in was completed within 10 minutes. Additionally, I extended the rental by one more day. When picking up the car, they insisted I buy their insurance, even though I had already purchased one. They ignored me again, and after my persistent efforts, they charged my credit card with a €3000 credit limit, threatening to deduct it directly if there were any damages. Their attitude was very bad. I recommend everyone avoid renting from this company in the future.
