The counter staff was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. The young man made sure we were satisfied with the car before completing our transaction. He was pleasant and patient.

The car was a bit old with some scratches, but it didn’t affect driving. The service was good, convenient, and efficient.

Pickup was quick and the car was in good condition. However, something unacceptable happened after returning the car. Fortunately, with the help of Zuzuche and the insurance company, the issue was finally resolved. When returning the car, the parking lot was unattended, and there was no visible damage. Yet, five months later, I received an email from Zuzuche stating that damage was found during inspection, with repair costs of over 600 euros, and no photos were provided as evidence. After extensive communication and due to their extremely low efficiency, I filed a claim through the full insurance I purchased from Zuzuche. A reminder to fellow users: If the parking lot is unattended when returning the car, make sure to record a video for evidence, as it’s hard to foresee them claiming damages over five months later.

Counter staff processed my pickup at the counter as he should… but gave no directions as to how to find the car lot. Also, no one at hand to show how to use various controls- the seat adjustment had 2-3 different buttons to electronically adjust the seat height etc but I couldn’t find how to move the seat back. Only at car return was I shown- 1 of the buttons had 2 different functions.

I continually get adverts suggest that I download the app- I already have the app. I get adverts suggesting I become a diamond member. I am a diamond member. I get adverts that I have coupons/ points- but they aren’t eligible for diamond member usage. Please tailor the app to the actual user and not to the general public. You waste my time with superfluous crapq

The car, a Hyundai Tuscon SUV, was okay but not very economical and given the high price, not very satisfying. The staff at Europcar were helpful and responsive, but the uplift procedure was unnecessarily long and complicated.

The car was in excellent condition. We picked it up in less than 10 minutes, and the counter staff was very helpful and clear. We had a bit of a problem to find the car in the parking area, since there were no parking bay numbers, so that could be improved, but otherwise there were no problems.

We found QEEQ to have good selection and prices for the different types of cars on offer. The complete insurance package which could be bought when booking also gave us peace of mind and was very easy to do.

There was basically no service, and I waited almost an hour to pick up the car.

Staff member Roudayan was extremely helpful and spent time to make sure the car suited us perfectly. we appreciated his warmth and customer focus very much!

Renting a car was extremely slow, averaging half an hour per person. It is far worse than in the United States, where it took just 5 minutes to pick up the car!

Everything went smoothly in the beginning, but when it came time to pick up the car, I followed the instructions to the designated parking spot for over 20 minutes only to find a different car parked there. I spent nearly half an hour searching nearby and still couldn't find the car I rented. I called the store's customer service, but they didn't speak English and hung up on me. The staff who helped me rent the car spoke English, so why couldn't they have transferred me to an English-speaking colleague? In the end, I walked another 20 minutes back to the store, only to find out the car was parked in the lot right outside the store!!

Car was very good. Wait to collect was frustrating because Saturday afternoon appears to be car rental busiest time.

Booking platform is great.

Overall satisfactory, the store was relatively easy to find, and there was no upselling. However, it took a bit of time to locate the designated parking area when returning the car.

Satisfied
