There was misleading promotion for insurance, which I discovered and canceled with the help of the customer service representative from Zuzuche (the car rental platform). I was told the refund would be processed within two or three days, but now thirty days have passed, and the refund still hasn’t been credited to my credit card. Zuzuche intervened and was informed that the refund process would only start after the car is returned today. 3. The service staff at the Europcar counter in Charles de Gaulle Airport had an extremely poor attitude. My reserved car was not kept, and instead of apologizing, they said, 'This is how we operate—take it or leave it!' I am submitting this review publicly and stand by the statements I have made.
