Avoid this company at all costs! Cheap doesn't mean good. While the rental price is low, there are hidden traps. As shown in the picture, they claimed the car was dirty and insisted on charging a €50 cleaning fee. It's like robbery. I offered to use wet wipes to clean it myself, but they refused, saying the car inspection at the return location is what matters. After renting many times, this is the first time I've encountered such a dishonest practice.

Left without assistance, I had to arrange my own transportation via Uber to their office, costing me €30. When I arrived, their staff acknowledged the issue and suggested I reach out for a refund, but I have yet to receive any resolution. This experience was frustrating and inconvenient, and I hope RentalPlus improves their communication and reliability for future customers.
