The car was fine however we needed to wait for over 2 hours to pick up the car - this is shocking amount of time wasted especially with the 8 months old baby. The waiting time was probably the worse thing about the whole experience. Everything else was very good.

Straight forward and easy to understand process. What's app reminders are a nice touch.

The service attitude was excellent. They introduced us to other insurance products from their company, recommended but not forced.

There were many scratches on the car at pickup. I photographed the entire car as evidence. Since it was a self-service return at the airport, I now see that 1800 euros were unjustly charged to my credit card. I plan to file a complaint to get it refunded.

You really need to be careful to avoid being scammed.

The pick-up and drop-off were at the same location. I was in a hurry and returned the car without a full tank, so an additional €75 was charged.

The experience was okay, but the car provided was not the one I reserved. It was slightly smaller than expected, though it was still easy to drive.

Overall very good. For a first-time car rental in Italy, it is very approachable and easy to handle.

It's not very convenient that the staff didn't speak English. Nevertheless, they did their best to solve everything by using translation app, so all was fine.

It's a disadvantage that it's not possible to modify the order later on (for instance, to add a child seat). But in general, all is fine!

1) The counter staff was very friendly and helpful. 2) The release of the deposit was immediate! 3) We booked full to full fuel tank, however it was then level to level (which I usually avoid), even though accaptable. 4) The pickup instructions were incorrect. Instructions said exit 8, while it was actually 3. The info on the pickup van was also incorrect, however we managed to get there. I would use this company again when in Milan. Overall good and happy with the service.
