Budget did not know about reservation. Had no normal cars. Insted of mini suv, i recieves fiat qubo.... It seams you do not have normal contact with them... Pick up office had to be near air port, but adress in reservation not valid for a year. Had to go with kids and laguages by public bus to city centre. Drop of a same problem.

They won't accept any documents other than an international driver's license, and they refused to rent the car on the spot. Note: This review requires me to mention a specific car model, but I didn't actually get a car, so I had to select one. Once again, the car rental company refused to give me a car!

The car was quite old but spacious. An honest-looking man added a bunch of insurance without informing me, which cost an extra 100 euros when returning the car. Fortunately, the rental car company helped me get it back.
