Pleasent stuff, everything ok

Budget did not know about reservation. Had no normal cars. Insted of mini suv, i recieves fiat qubo.... It seams you do not have normal contact with them... Pick up office had to be near air port, but adress in reservation not valid for a year. Had to go with kids and laguages by public bus to city centre. Drop of a same problem.

The car was quite old but spacious. An honest-looking man added a bunch of insurance without informing me, which cost an extra 100 euros when returning the car. Fortunately, the rental car company helped me get it back.

When I returned the car, I asked the staff to inspect it. They said it wasn't necessary, and then a month later, they claimed there was damage and I needed to pay 500 euros for repairs! Terrible car rental company!
