The car model did not match the one in the description, and the tire tread was too shallow, making it prone to slipping. However, the car rental customer service was quite attentive. We initially wanted to switch cars, but later canceled because our schedule was packed and switching cars was very convenient.

I liked the model of the car, comfortable and easy to drive. The people at the Avis counter in the Asheville Airport lack professionalism. I never received a receipt when I turned the car in. I would like to have one.

Booking platform is easy to use. Price drop worked for me. I have not received a receipt from Avis or Qeeq upon the return of the vehicle. I was told that I would receive one via email.

The staff kept pushing for an upgrade to a better model. When delivering the car, they refused to inspect it with us and just threw the keys at us, saying that since we had full insurance, any damage wouldn't be a problem. After insisting on an inspection, they reluctantly and hastily accompanied us, merely noting that the entire car had damage. Additionally, the staff did not properly review the order details and charged us twice, only refunding the money after further negotiation.

When I got to Avis, they had no customers waiting and had 5 people all standing having a chat. They kept me waiting for 5 minutes before one of them asked one of the other staff to serve me. It looks like good old American Customer service has gone out the window.
