Due to the inconvenience of parking in Barcelona, I returned the car early at a different location. There was a 40 EUR fee. The car pickup was convenient, with no additional requirements, and the car was new.

Satisfied overall. If you buy domestic insurance, you'll need to pay a 1400 EUR deposit when picking up the car. Both pickup and drop-off are troublesome, so I had to purchase foreign insurance instead.

it wasn't clear where to meet the shuttle bus on pick up, however I was very pleased with the collection staff, the queue was organised and not too long and the gentleman who served us was helpful, friendly and mainly didn't push the extras such as insurance etc like most car hire places do, a million times better than FireFly, made such a difference not to feel intimidated.

The staff was helpful but overloaded. I do not have a complaint about them, as they did what they could... but about the company. We were +20 people waiting and only 2 counters open. Moreover, we had to wait for long time because the credit card machines didn't work. Unbelievable!. That's not customer's issue; get a normal credit card machine which works with landline and do not make us wait for 1 hour!. The WORST and SLOWEST rent a car service I have ever had.
