Overall this was a very good experience. Booking was easy and the pick-up location easily found The car was very clean and in very good condition. This was the second recent booking for a rental at this location. It was an Avis rental and I have rented many times from this office - always a good experience.

Not sure if the Price Protector thingy worked for me. I'll be renting another car from this location soon through QeeQ.Com.

The staff at the Avis pickup location had a cold attitude. They gave us a Ford Escape 4WD with 60,000 miles on it. There were quite a few small scratches on the front and back of the car. However, the car was still good to use and we drove nearly 1000 miles from SF to LA to LV over six days.

I compared for a long time before choosing Avis, attracted by the international brand. They didn't disappoint us. The San Francisco airport has a light rail directly to the car rental center with all major rental companies. The big companies have queues, but the speed was acceptable. There was no aggressive push for insurance. After handling the paperwork, they just told us the car slot number, and we went to the parking lot with our voucher to pick up the car. We originally booked a Chrysler but ended up with a Kia. Initially, we were a bit disappointed, but it turned out to drive very well, great acceleration and handling, overall a fantastic driving experience. Returning the car was also very convenient; we just filled up the gas and drove to the parking lot, they checked it quickly and processed our return. Since we returned the car two days earlier, we even got a refund for those two days.

This is a very friendly company. Our group had to delay picking up the car by one day due to a flight cancellation. QEEQ customer service contacted AVIS for us and allowed the delay. It was great and reduced our losses.

El coche olio horrible todo el viaje. Fue un Charger y el olor creo fue tipo Amorall o algo así. Tuvimos que comprar spray.
