They gave me a smaller car than what it was reserved. They said the car I was getting was bigger than what I reserved. I reserved a Jeep Cherokee or similar and was given a Jeep Compass. My trip was so uncomfortable because of this

“I Won’t choose this rental company anymore and they share the same thing with dollar.”

The staff worked at overtime and my booked a car has gone. She gave me another car but that is double the original price. I can’t hardly afford it and can argue for getting a better day over and she threatened me to stay as I since she is busy and need to go and complete as much as she can. I had a very bad moment at that time while I’m paying double at least to get the same service.

Very satisfied! This time we had a long rental period and driving distance, 52 days and 21,000 kilometers. Thrifty promised we could visit any of their branches for maintenance or even car replacement at no extra cost or with reimbursement afterward, which made us feel very reassured.
