I purposely rented a large car, but they gave me a different one, claiming it was the same class, which couldn't fit my luggage.

Overall service was good. The procedures were easy.

We arrive quite late at 9 by the time we get to pick our car. There isn’t many choices left and the staff came and offer us an upgrade. We finally chose a Jetta with low mileage and a nice colour. Check in took a long time as there are two counters open but check out was such a breeze

Very happy with Thrifty as I ran about an hour behind my pick up time and since the full size was not available, they gave me what looked to be an upgrade. Thanks!

Like: I liked how the lot attendant took pictures of the damages to the car prior to me leaving the lot. She also washed the car. Staff were very nice considering I had to go to this location when my original location only had an Expedition truck when I requested a small economy car during the rental process
Dislike: I did not like that the car I rented was not available at the location I was to rent it from and I had to go to an alternate location. I returned the car on a Sunday, 2 hours before the return time during a holiday weekend. As of today 5/29/18, I have been charged $50 per day for a car I returned 2 days ago. Both transactions are pending, I will wait a week to see if they disappear.
