The service was generally fine, but I encountered issues during pickup. It took a long time to resolve. I had originally reserved a 12-seater vehicle, but at the time of pickup, they said it was unavailable and only offered a 7-seater.

The process is simple, just confirm the contract details before signing. Once you get the rental form, find the designated parking spot, the keys are in the car, and you can drive off.

They insisted on charging me a 500 cleaning fee for smoking. There was no prior communication, and the inspector just deducted the fee directly. This is very frustrating. Customer service is now involved to handle it.

1. The staff aggressively pushed for insurance, which took 10 minutes of back-and-forth; 2. The booked car was supposed to be a 4WD, but they provided a 2WD. Encountered snowy mountain roads and had to purchase snow chains, costing over $200.

The front desk staff was very friendly and patient, even when there was a language barrier.

But as usual, there's always some confusion around insurance - it seems like the one I got from QEEQ.COM was insufficient and was asked to buy additional insurance so do take note of this. Perhaps, you don't need to buy it from QEEQ and just get it directly from the car rental company in the future.

Booking process was smooth but as usual, a lot of confusion around insurance coverage - I have faced this multiple times at the counter where the staff member tried to upsell more insurance saying that what I got from QEEQ.COM is insufficient.

A very poor car rental experience! There were constant upselling and model upgrades, and they charged me for the upgraded model without my confirmation. When I noticed and questioned this, they said they would refund it within two days, but it has already been four days and no refund has been made. When I firmly declined the upgrades and their additional services, they told me the car I booked was no longer available and I would need to wait one or two hours. Truly terrible service.

I was given an old Hyundai Sonata with high mileage. The staff secretly charged road assistance fees and daily toll fees, which I absolutely didn't need.

The staff at the pickup point provided terrible service, but the drop-off point staff were fine.

The queue was a bit long, and there were not enough staff.
