As other customers have mentioned, they try to upsell insurance. Even though I bought full coverage, they still pushed for more. I firmly declined, and they gave up. I decided that next time I will book directly at the store.

Pretty good overall. The front desk staff tends to recommend a lot of insurance options, but you can simply decline. A tip: if you unintentionally take a toll road without realizing it, make sure to check online. There's a website where you can pay within 5 days without getting fined, otherwise, you will get a penalty.
