No washer fluid in the car. We upgraded the car after a few days as it was too small & more family were arriving - very helpful. But there was a slow puncture and no washer fluid. Great car apart from that & staff very helpful.

The store is not very big, with few people, so there's almost no waiting. Once you provide the last name used for the booking, the staff can quickly locate your reservation. I didn’t have an international driving license, but I was able to pick up the car using the car rental company’s translation document, my passport, and driving license through QEEQ. This time I got a five-door Opel, which is larger than what I originally booked—just perfect to fit two large suitcases. Perfect experience. Damage to the vehicle was clearly marked at the pickup and confirmed via email. When returning the car, make sure to fill up the tank at the nearest gas station and keep the receipt for verification. During this return, the rental company initially thought the car wasn’t returned with a full tank, but luckily I had kept the receipt as proof. To emphasize, the translated document provided by the rental company must be printed in color; they do not accept digital copies only.

The car that I requested was not the same that one that I got I didn’t like the condition of the exterior it was full of mud, dust, etc. it has a lot of visual imperfections I requested the hybrid one. I got a diesel one

The price could’ve been better because on that category I paid too much and I didn’t get the car that I booked for. next time, I hope that I get the same category that I pay for

Damaged car but they were all itemised on the documents. Only half tank, again was on documents. Not pointed out at the time but wasn't a problem on return.

Charged me an extra day fee for being a little bit late. The car was not clean.

Excellent Service

As usual Sicily By Car offered an excellent level of service at reasonable cost. The car was relatively new and in good condition. The counter staff were helpful, pleasant and efficient.

Great booking website. Easy to navigate. The free cancellation and rebooking is certainly an advantage. On this occasion I booked and then rebooked at a lower price.

This was my first time using Europcar, but not my first time renting a car. This company has significant hidden charges. When picking up the car, no staff was present to confirm the car's condition. Upon return, they claimed there were scratches on the undercarriage and charged me €216 for it!
