The car rental company tries every way to increase costs. Even after purchasing full insurance, they repeatedly emphasized that any minor scratches on the car would result in a 900 euro deposit deduction. When buying cross-border services, they initially quoted 12 euros but ended up charging 15 euros. When asked why, they simply shrugged and said, 'I don't know.' Overall, it was not a very pleasant car rental experience.

Small company with limited vehicle options. The reserved model is often unavailable. Their policy on vehicle damage seems somewhat questionable. Without purchasing insurance, if any damage is found, the rental company will charge €900 per damage. When driving, no one can guarantee to avoid all problems. Essentially, this forces renters to buy insurance.

Picking up and returning the car is very convenient, but the selection of vehicles is limited.

Au début, le personnelle me dit que ma carte est une crédit / débit donc il ne voulait pas la prendre et exiger que je paie 14€ d'assurance par jour environ. Ensuite il accepte mais la carte ne passe pas en crédit, le personnel essaie en débit et la surprise ça passe mais le dis qu'ils n'accepte pas le débit du coup il m'effectue un remboursement et au final j'ai du payer 14€ environ par jour d'assurance. C'est dommage, quelque jours avant j'ai effectué une location chez LOCATION AUTO qui n'acceptait que les carte de crédit avec cette même carte qui a était refuser chez Wheego

The return route was difficult to find, causing me to miss my flight and spend over 30,000 CNY to purchase a new ticket.

Booked a small manual compact a month before our trip, we were told at the check in desk they didn't have a car that size and would we like to upgrade? (additional €45/day) when I protested that the upgrade should be at their costs, I was told we would have to wait until the found a car from another hire company. We were left waiting an hour before getting the car (which had the company's livery on it, so clearly had it all along) When I complained to the manager, he told me they have a shortage of cars and some people have to wait 6 or 7 hours!! This company seems to operate on low sticker price and rely on up-charges and bad service (one of the check in staff spend more time texting on her phone than working) I won't be using them again - you get what you pay for...

We wanted a small car for two people to get around, so we booked a small car. The car was ideal. Fairly new and in good condition.

As always QEEQ is fantastic.

Terrible car rental company, do not rent from them, renting will only make you angry.

The car rental service was excellent and convenient.

Wheego is an absolute scam. Stay far away from this company. If you don’t use their insurance, they will fabricate a scratch or damage when you return the car, no matter how careful you are. They’ll then hold your entire deposit (€780.49), claiming the repair costs exceed the deposit amount, even for something as minor as a small scratch. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere! QEEQ - Ban this supplier! They are making you look bad!

QEEQ are very helpful as always. I hope they can help me claim the money back from AXA insurance.
