Frequent tire pressure warnings occurred, and upon inspection, a large leak was found in the left front tire. I had no choice but to go to a garage to replace the tire. During subsequent driving, the tire pressure warnings continued. I requested a car replacement, but the rental company suggested I go for another inspection, with expenses covered by them. After the inspection, the tire pressure warnings persisted. At checkout, even after presenting conversation records with them, the rental company insisted that the inspection cost was for clearing the warnings and unrelated to the tire issue, refusing to reimburse the expense. After debating for half an hour, they agreed to cover the inspection fees. The tire pressure issue consumed a significant amount of my time and energy, severely impacting my self-driving experience.

I was dissatisfied with the customer service provided by Zuzuche. I lost my driver's license while flying to Istanbul and tried to pick up the car an hour earlier than the scheduled time. The rental company noticed I didn't have the original license and refused to let me take the car. I contacted customer service, and they explained that both they and the rental company couldn't allow pickup without the original document, which I understand. However, my reservation should have been canceled for me since the pickup time hadn't yet arrived. Zuzuche only cares about collecting money and doesn't handle customer issues properly, which left me extremely frustrated. This is just a reminder for those who plan to use this platform to rent cars in the future. Think twice!
