We purchased full insurance with zero deductible, but after returning the car, the rental company charged 6600 lira from our credit card without our consent. The rental platform has yet to resolve the issue and seems to have no control over the rental company. At pickup, the store aggressively pushed other models and charged the card without informing us.

The car rental company is overall very poor. They said insurance costs 349 lira per day, but actually charged 450 lira. They forcibly charged 2000 lira for vehicle cleaning. They pretended not to speak English and didn't communicate well. I suggest avoiding this company. The car was in very bad condition, the tires had almost no tread, and the steering wheel was shaking.

The condition of the car was terrible, and the service was equally poor. When delivering the car, they were extremely casual, but during the inspection, they checked every detail meticulously. The car I got had brake issues, and I had to waste my valuable time replacing it once. This brand is not an international chain—do not book with them! Stay cautious, friends!

Do not use this car rental company, very bad experience. They charged extra money offline to change the car, the car was mediocre. After returning the car, they deducted fees arbitrarily without providing a detailed breakdown beforehand. Invoices were delayed, messages were replied very slowly, and calls were not answered.

It was an excellent car rental experience. The car rental company showed a SEAT model, but upon picking it up, I realized it was actually a Peugeot 5008. The car was easy to drive, a diesel vehicle with great power and uphill ability. It had spacious interior space, with the trunk able to hold four large suitcases and even some small backpacks. The vehicle was very new, and it performed wonderfully during the 2800+ kilometers of our road trip. The staff at the rental company were also very attentive. Overall, I’m extremely grateful and very happy with this car rental experience.

When picking up the car, I was told at the store that the third-party liability insurance only works if the accident is mostly the other party's fault! What kind of third-party insurance is this? If the other party is responsible, they would cover the costs themselves! I was forced to pay an additional 2,500 lira (around 500 RMB) to get proper third-party insurance. Upon returning the car, they used a flashlight on a tablet to examine the car and found a 5 cm scratch on the center of the hood. The rental company claimed the scratch occurred during my rental period. I asked them to prove the scratch wasn't there before, but they demanded I show a video from the pickup inspection instead. After almost 30 minutes of back and forth, they finally reviewed their prior photos and confirmed the scratch already existed, resolving the issue.

The car rental company is great, the staff is friendly. The pickup location is not at the contact point but it's not far. Returning the car was very smooth and convenient.

On the day of pickup, the staff were enthusiastic and professional. They patiently explained the vehicle's operating details and local traffic rules, which made me feel very reassured. The car was in excellent condition, clean and tidy inside, without a flaw. The seats were comfortable, and the driving experience was fantastic.

It's okay, but they leave a little fuel in the tank, so you need to return it in the same condition.

I was able to rent the car despite my translated document being expired, thanks to the rental company resolving the issue for me. However, they recommended I buy insurance because minor accidents wouldn't be covered by police reports, making it hard to claim expenses. To avoid any trouble, I purchased additional insurance on-site even though I had already bought it from QEEQ beforehand.
