Very satisfied, the Pakistani gentleman was excellent.

Overall satisfied, but the post-return inspection was a bit too strict. They found a small dent caused by a stone and required me to pay for repairs. It's really frustrating.

Very satisfied

Overall, very satisfied. Arrived at the airport in the evening, around 8 PM local time. There weren't many people at the rental counter, so I didn't have to wait in line and was assisted immediately. After completing the paperwork, I went to the first floor to pick up the car. There was no queue there either (super lucky, as many have mentioned long wait times for pick-up). From start to finish, it took less than half an hour to get the car and start the journey. When returning the car, I waited briefly, mainly to ensure the staff confirmed everything was fine before leaving. Didn't want to resolve issues via email. Thankfully, everything went smoothly and safely. Very satisfied!

The queue time was relatively long, all information needed to be entered on site, and the cars were only brought over after we arrived. The parking lot is located outside on a one-way street, which makes the process slightly inefficient.

The shuttle service from the airport to the store takes about 10 minutes. The procedures are relatively quick. The price is cheaper compared to the airport store. Drop-off service is well-arranged.

Very dissatisfied with the car rental company’s service. Terrible. I’ve rented cars in New Zealand before, and the process was straightforward. Here, when returning the car, they required a traffic violation check first. After finishing that, they claimed I delayed the return and charged me an extra day. My homestay host said this company is notorious for trying every trick to squeeze more money from customers.

Easy and convenient

The car pickup process was extremely slow. There were three or four people ahead of me when handling paperwork, and the whole process took over two hours. Then, at the car pickup area, there was another round of waiting—nearly an hour. Including the line at customs, it took me almost four hours after landing to leave the airport. I don't understand how the efficiency could be this low. The return inspection was overly meticulous, claiming that there was a scratch on the underside of the bumper facing the ground. Considering I picked up the car late at night, who would check such tiny details? They might as well check the car's chassis too. Then, they asked me to be responsible for compensation, which I refused outright. The staff said they had photos from the car pickup proving that this part was undamaged when I picked it up, but they didn’t actually have any. Currently, they're conducting an internal investigation. When signing, I noted that I did not accept the result and left to catch my flight. I left a phone number for the staff member who processed my case, and they said they would notify me of the outcome via email. They agreed not to proceed with any further actions until a consensus is reached.

I booked toyota camry (group D) car at 3 pm I went on time of collection, didn’t find the car i booked or similar in same class They gave me small suv car claiming that this is upgrade as my car or similar class not available I refused to take small suv and asked for a sedan, when they said this only available otherwise you can cancel the booking. I had a business trip and the car was highly needed, so i was forced to accept it
