Very dissatisfied. The person picking me up waited in a spot far outside the parking lot, making me drag my luggage around trying to find him. The car I received had no working USB ports, no CarPlay, and even the Bluetooth wasn't functional. After spending quite some time with the staff, they said they could exchange the car the next day. However, they only contacted me in the afternoon, and the new car wasn't even fully fueled. By that time, I had already refilled the tank and was too busy to exchange the car, especially since driving there and back would waste 2-3 hours of my time. A very bad experience overall.

This is my third time renting a car in Dubai, and overall the experience was smooth.

The staff were attentive and worked tirelessly to get us away asap at time of collection and again upon return. Thorough with checking vehicle condition both pre & post hire.

I have hired 3 vehicles through QEEQ within 2 months whilst holidaying in the USA & Dubai and couldn't fault either experience with QEEQ. I have read average reviews but my experience in 3 occasions has been excellent. In fact in the first occasion my flight was delayed and they were very easy to deal with via the app. 5 stars for me.

Terrible rental company. They don't refund deposits, charge fees without providing evidence, and respond very slowly.

Their service point is easily visible upon exiting the airport, making it very convenient to find. The car pickup process was smooth, and for the return, since I wasn't familiar with the area, I parked in a nearby lot. The staff came over to inspect the car, which was very convenient.

Standard service. They provided a new car with just over 1,000 kilometers. The vehicle was in excellent condition. There was a parking fee charged, and the deposit will be refunded after 21 days. The car inspection was thorough. Considering the complex driving conditions in the UAE, it's recommended to purchase full insurance. Crossing the border into Oman was hassle-free. Picking up the car took about 30 minutes, while returning it took only 10 minutes.

No hidden charges, efficient service, and the car is in good condition.

The store is right outside the airport. Once the documents are photocopied, you can proceed to Parking Lot A to pick up the car. The staff handing over the keys, a Pakistani gentleman, was very friendly. The car was clean, and driving in Dubai was both economical and a great experience.

Although there are many negative reviews online, my experience this time was quite good. I'll wait to see if the deposit is fully refunded in two weeks before giving further feedback.
