Very satisfied. The car had very low mileage at pickup, almost like a brand-new vehicle. The rental company also arranged a pick-up service with a sign, which was very convenient. For the return, there was no need to wash the car; simply leaving it at the parking lot was sufficient, and the rental company would send someone to retrieve it.

The process of picking up and returning the car was convenient, and the rental experience was fine. However, the refund of the deposit, toll fee calculation, and invoice issuance were too slow. The platform stated that the deposit would be refunded within 21 days, but it was transferred to the rental company's account after 21 days without any notification from customer service. I only found out about this when I noticed the deduction on my credit card. Additionally, the deposit couldn't be refunded through the original payment method—it could only be refunded to a bank account or via Alipay. The exchange rate for the refunded amount was also lower than the central parity rate set by the People's Bank. From the day of return, it took almost 40 days in total to get the deposit back.
