HERTZ is fantastic! The process was simple and quick, with no upselling. During pickup, the staff even wiped down the car, though it was already quite clean. When returning the car, the staff checked the dashboard to ensure the fuel tank was full, inspected the spare tire under the trunk, and checked the car's exterior. That was it, very smooth.

I had reserved a Toyota Camry, but upon arrival, I was told to choose between a Honda HRV and a Toyota CHR, which meant being downgraded from a mid-size sedan to a compact SUV—three levels down.
