First of all, the car wasn't a Mercedes-Benz as advertised.

Very dissatisfied. They didn't reserve the agreed-upon car model for us, didn't inform us about the upgrade fee which turned out to be very high, and their bill had many more charges than the one from Zuzuche. The price tripled from 237 euros to over 800 euros. In a foreign country with language barriers and tight schedules, we were angry and helpless. Not sure if this is like the previous rental where many charges were based on final billing, but we ended up paying over 800 euros for just three days, turning 237 euros into more than 800 euros. It was a nightmare and I would never dare to rent a car here again.

The rental company didn't provide the automatic car I booked and made me wait for an hour and a half. In the end, they told me they couldn't provide the reserved vehicle and offered a manual car instead, along with a no-fuel-needed compensation. However, it disrupted my schedule.

The queue at the pick up desk was at least 20 people long when we arrived and was very slow moving. It took around 2 hours to collect the keys. It took longer to collect the car than to fly from London.

When it was clearly mentioned on voucher nothing to be paid still they charge 200+ € as a deposit, on top of it they withdrew 750 odd € from my credit card and not Send any email or details what for it has been charged till now I.e till 48!hours , when I checked the car it has scratches all the sides , I made a note of it and I have written in inspection report, when I inquired at the drop off time budget guy said all ok and in little time my credit card was charged.
