Great service

The distance from the airport is relatively far, not as convenient as car rental companies around the airport. The service is good, and the car itself is also decent, although it has quite a few scratches. Fortunately, it didn't affect the usage. Overall, I'm satisfied.

The receptionist at the car rental company was very enthusiastic and provided a clear explanation of the toll payment issues. The car's condition was acceptable, as we chose the cheaper model. We paid an additional fee of 25 AUD for a one-way rental and around 5 AUD for an extra driver. The only difference compared to other rental companies was a pre-authorization deposit of 1000 USD, which was high given the car category and that we rented it for only 3 days. Later, we found that two other rental companies in Tasmania and Brisbane only required pre-authorization deposits of 200 and 100 AUD, respectively, which was more reasonable. Returning the car was a bit tricky because our English isn't very good, and phone communication made it difficult to understand the drop-off location. Fortunately, we relied on the Google Maps address provided in the order and found the drop-off point without too much trouble, allowing enough time to catch our flight. They provided a shuttle to the airport.
