Since I didn't purchase the recommended insurance at the store, I was given unfriendly looks. Additionally, the pickup parking location was different from what was indicated, making it really hard to find. Everything else was okay.

The staff put a lot of effort into upselling insurance, which was a bit unpleasant. However, returning the car went smoothly with no issues. If you're opting for basic insurance, make sure to inspect the car carefully. If you're unfamiliar with the area, it's better to get full coverage since car repairs in Australia can be costly.

Not too happy the Insurance coverage. Had to pay additional AUD$130 as the one bought from QEEQ was not comprehensive, according to East Coast. This was not highlighted in the QEES website during booking.
