The MG GS seems to be a different class of car compared to the Golf I booked. Although the MG GS is bigger, its performance is noticeably different. The worst part is that there were no staff present to check the car during both pick-up and drop-off. Later, they claimed that the scratch on the car was my fault. I showed them the drop-off video where there were no scratches, but after more than a week, they still haven't replied or refunded the deposit. Be cautious with this company. If possible, rent from another provider.

This car rental company is quite good and highly recommended. The guy at the counter spoke good English and was quite friendly. He recommended extra insurance but didn't push it after I informed him I had full coverage. The car pickup location is at a nearby station parking lot. The car was a new model with only 2400 kilometers, a FIAT500 hybrid, which was pretty nice and fuel-efficient, though it struggled a bit on hills. My dissatisfaction lies with QEEQ. Firstly, their app incorrectly located the return address at the company's rental counter, causing me to circle around three times in frustration. Secondly, QEEQ's customer service has significantly worsened since before the pandemic, which is disappointing. Your prices are similar to those of international websites, and I chose you for convenience. However, when I asked for assistance coordinating an earlier return time with the rental company, it would have been simpler to call them myself. Thumbs down to QEEQ.
